The Farm Bill’s legalization of hemp has led to a boom in production of CBD & hemp products - but the gray definition of hemp as “less than 0.3% THC by weight” has caused some serious issues & concerning loopholes.  We discuss the legal headache of hemp that “goes hot” by producing too much THC, and how Oregon legislators are trying to address the problem to relieve the burden on hemp farmers.
